Save A festive and flavorful wrap featuring tender chicken, dried cranberries, toasted pecans, and crisp greens in a creamy dressing—perfect for holiday lunches or parties.
This wrap quickly became a holiday favorite after I served it at my family gathering. Everyone loved the balance of sweet cranberries and crunchy pecans with the creamy chicken salad.
Ingredients
- Chicken Salad: 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 cup dried cranberries, 1/3 cup pecans toasted and roughly chopped, 1/4 cup celery finely diced, 1/4 cup green onions thinly sliced
- Wrap Assembly: 4 large spinach or plain flour tortillas (10-inch), 2 cups mixed salad greens (such as baby spinach, arugula, or romaine), Optional 1/2 cup thinly sliced apple or pear for extra crunch
Instructions
- Step 1:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- Step 2:

- Step 3:
