# Directions:
01 - Place sliced bananas, milk, yogurt, honey (if using), vanilla extract, and ice cubes into a blender.
02 - Process on high speed until the mixture is perfectly smooth and creamy, for approximately 30 to 45 seconds.
03 - Taste and add more honey or maple syrup if desired for increased sweetness.
04 - Pour the smoothie into two glasses and serve at once.
