01 - 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (240 ml) or dairy milk
02 - 1/2 cup classic or non-dairy eggnog (120 ml)

03 - 2 teaspoons matcha green tea powder
04 - 2 scoops unflavored collagen peptides (approx. 20 g)

→ Fruits

05 - 1 small ripe banana, peeled and frozen

→ Flavorings

06 - 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
07 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
08 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
09 - 1 to 2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey, to taste

→ Ice

10 - 1/2 cup ice cubes (approximately 6 cubes)

02 - Add ice cubes to the blender.
03 - Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, pausing to scrape down the sides as needed.
04 - Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or spices according to preference.
05 - Pour evenly into two glasses and serve immediately, optionally garnished with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
