# Directions:

03 - In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, whole milk, and melted unsalted butter thoroughly until smooth.
04 - Add the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir gently until just combined, ensuring you do not overmix the batter.
05 - Fold in the shredded sharp cheddar cheese and diced jalapeños evenly throughout the batter.
06 - Pour the batter into the prepared pan, smooth the surface, and bake in the oven for 40–45 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick inserted in the center; it should come out clean and the top should be golden brown.
07 - Allow the loaf to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it onto a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
