# Directions:

01 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crisp. Remove and drain on paper towels, then crumble. Wipe the skillet clean.
02 - Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
03 - Melt butter in the skillet over medium-low heat. Add diced onions and bell peppers and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes until softened.
04 - Pour the egg mixture into the skillet. Cook gently, stirring continuously, until the eggs are softly scrambled. Remove from heat and fold in shredded cheddar cheese and quartered cherry tomatoes.
05 - Heat tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 20 seconds until warm and pliable.
