# Directions:

01 - In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
02 - Transfer the mixture onto a large serving plate and shape into a melted snowman: a large uneven circle with a smaller mound on top as the head.
03 - Place olive slices on the head for eyes, small olive pieces for a smiling mouth, insert the carrot nose centrally, arrange olives or peppercorns down the body as buttons, and lay red bell pepper strips around the neck as a scarf.
04 - Insert pretzel sticks into the sides to form arms and sprinkle chopped parsley or chives for color if desired.
05 - Present immediately with crackers, breadsticks, or vegetable sticks.
