# Directions:
01 - Combine cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth and easy to spread.
02 - Generously spread the cream cheese mixture onto each cracker or rice cake.
03 - Place crackers in five interlocking rings on a large serving platter to resemble the Olympic rings pattern.
04 - Top each set of four crackers with the respective colored topping: black olives for black, cherry tomatoes or red bell pepper for red, yellow bell pepper for yellow, cucumber for green, and crushed blue corn chips or blue-colored cream cheese for blue.
05 - Optionally sprinkle with fresh chives or parsley. Serve immediately to maintain optimal texture.
